About Us

"Sustainability, social equality and the environment are now business problems. And corporate leaders can't depend on governments to solve them." - Peter Senge, founder of the Society for Organisational Learning (SOL).
Senge's principles find an echo in the ideologies behind Samanvay formed in 2006 by 8-10 like-minded people, decided to create employment opportunities for women, economically backward people and specially able individuals.
We would prefer to call us a CSR consultant rather than a traditional NGO. Our business model is to empower other using different resources and make other self-dependent in the long run.
